We only use authentic chondrus crispus (the only real Irish Sea Moss species) unlike almost every other brand on the market today who are incorrectly naming their products chondrus crispus, while using alternative and cheaply produced gracilaria species often grown on ropes with inferior nutritional properties.

Have a spoonful straight from the jar or mix it into drinks, smoothies, teas or meals. We recommend having 1-2 table spoons a day.

Alternatively you can use your Irish Sea Moss gel as a skin & hair mask. Simply apply a thin layer directly onto your skin, scalp or hair, leave to dry for 10-15 minutes and wash away thoroughly with warm water.
