As with all our products, we only use authentic chondrus crispus (the only real Irish Sea Moss species) unlike almost every other brand on the market today who are incorrectly naming their products chondrus crispus, while using alternative and cheaply produced gracilaria species often grown on ropes with inferior nutritional properties.
