Didn't get for Weight loss

As the title says I didn't buy this for weight loss, And I certainly didn't buy it to help me with my skin. I did however purchase because I needed energy. my light bulb had blown I was feeling down drained couldn't do a push-up and my knees beginning to cave in.

Irish Sea Moss is a type of red algae (seaweed) that grows on the Atlantic coastlines of Ireland, North America & Europe. The scientific name of Irish Sea Moss is Chondrus Crispus. Despite the widespread use of the term "Sea Moss" online, 99% of products sold under that name are actually Gracilaria, not the authentic Chondrus Crispus. The Moss Way uses only organic, hand-harvested Chondrus Crispus from the pristine coastline of County Clare, Ireland.
