Gel: Have a spoonful straight from the jar or mix it into drinks, smoothies, teas or meals. We recommend having 1-2 table spoons a day.

Capsules : We recommend having 1-2 capsules daily.

Herbal Tea: Use a tea infuser of your choice. We recommend a teaspoon (approx. 2g) per person. Add boiling water. Brew for 2-4 minutes, Enjoy!

Seasoning: Simply add to your meals. Season to your personal preference.

Gel : You can use your Irish Sea Moss gel as a skin & hair mask. Simply apply a thin layer directly onto your skin, scalp or hair, leave to dry for 10-15 minutes and wash away thoroughly with warm water.

Tea / Capsules / Seasoning : N/A

Gel: Keep refrigerated. Please avoid cross-contamination as this may affect the quality of the product. The product has a best-before date of 3 weeks from production. All jars are fresh as they are hand-made to order. Your gel can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Tea / Capsules / Seasoning : Keep pack sealed. Store in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.

May contain traces of crustaceans & molluscs, so may be unsuitable for those with Shellfish Allergies.
Please note some ingredients have been packed on the premises that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds), cereals, soya & products containing gluten.
